About Ramon Monegal
Born in Barcelona in 1951, Ramรณn Monegal studied architecture before training in perfumery from 1972, learning from Artur Jordi Pey in Geneva, Marcel Carles in Grasse and Pierre Bourdon in Paris. A fourth-generation member of the family that founded Myrurgia, he spent more than thirty years creating there for brands such as Adolfo Domรญnguez and Massimo Dutti. In 2009 he launched his own Barcelona house, whose line includes Mon Patchouly, Kiss My Name and Pure Mariposa.
