Serge Lutens is an French fashion designer whose self named brand creates fashion wear, fragrance, hair products, film and photography.
In 1980 the well known cosmetics company Shiseido hired Serge Lutens to help in the develop their brand. By 1982 Shiseido commissioned Serge Lutens to curate a fragrance, it was called Nombre Noir and shortly after another classic was born; Feminite du Bois.
In 2000, Serge Lutens established his own perfume brand called Parfums-Beaute Serge Lutens.
